User Terms and Conditions
Maintain a high level strength password. Any lost of user personal information, user personal data, or user communication information would be the responsibility of the user. We would not be liable for any information lost by any means. When permitted by law, Eventreads, and Eventsreads’ suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Any public posting of materials that are considered objectionable on grounds of public morality, public order, public interest and public security or materials are not allowed. Posting of any material must comply with the internet code of practice and all local country laws.
Backup information stored in your account. We would not be liable for any loss of information or data in the event of interrupted, scheduled maintenance, upgrades site repairs or failure of any equipment.
Hacking or Modifying any information, data, pictures is not allowed.
Transferring of any viruses, worms or computer coding that can damage any computer system is not allowed
We reserve the rights to remove any content that violates any local country laws.
We reserve the rights to remove any content that is abusive, vulgar, indecent, defamatory or obscene.
Unless the product purchased is not within the description of your purchase. The items purchased are not refundable.

Liability for our Services
When permitted by law, Eventreads, and Eventsreads’ suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Eventreads, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services again).
Eventreads, its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
In some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights which may not be waived by contract.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services with a reasonable skill and care and we hope you enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we do not make promises about our Services.
Eventreads, its suppliers and distributors do not make any specific promises about the Services. Other than the terms and conditions stated, we do not make any commitments to the reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs.
There are some jurisdictions that provide warranties, for example, fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Eventreads account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Eventreads users.
You cannot impersonate other persons, businesses, companies or entities.
You may not use Eventreads’ website(s) or the Eventreads Services for any illegal, immoral, unethical or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content that is applicable. You may not post any type of unlawful, inflammatory, obscene, defamatory, offensive or objectionable content, including accusations of illegal activity or food hygiene offences.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, “likes”, emoticons, works of authorship or any other material (“Content”) that you submit, post and display on Eventreads.
If the Content depicts any person other than yourself, you must have permission from that person or, if that person is a minor, permission from that person’s parent or legal guardian, before you post the Content.
You must not modify, copy, adapt, undermine the security, operations or stability of, or hack any of Eventreads website(s) or the Eventreads Services.
You must not access Eventreads’ private API by any other means other than the Eventreads application itself.
You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Eventreads’ website(s) including but not limited to user profiles and photos, content uploaded or generated by other Eventreads users or content provided by Eventreads’ commercial partners, if any.
You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any Eventreads user or member, or harass or create a nuisance for any other person or organization.
You must not use web URLs in your name or post any material in the nature of advertising, promotional or publicity materials without prior written consent from Eventreads.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not post any Content that is malicious, false, misleading or deceptive.
You must not, when using Eventreads’ website(s) or the Eventreads Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not violate another party’s rights.
You must not provide us with any information you deem to be confidential. Any information you provide to us, by whatever channel, shall be deemed non-confidential.
If you have any vested interest such as any affiliation with any business reviewed, you must disclose the same to Eventreads. We reserve the sole right to remove any such Content.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We generally do not remove any negative reviews unless, in our sole opinion, warranted by the circumstances. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
Proprietary Rights in Content on Eventreads
We do NOT claim ANY ownership rights in Content that you post on or using the Eventreads Services.
By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any Content on or using any Eventreads Services, you hereby grant to Eventreads a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, limited license to sub-license, use, create derivative works from, modify, delete from, distribute, share, store, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, promote and translate all or any part of any Content, including without limitation to distribute part or all of the Content in any media format through any media channel whether owned or operated by Eventreads or third party partners of Eventreads and the right to attribute Content used by Eventreads to you, PROVIDED HOWEVER that Content not shared publicly will not be distributed outside the Eventreads Services. For the avoidance of doubt, Eventreads’ license stated in this paragraph shall survive even if you choose to delete your account.
You acknowledge and agree that Eventreads may add to or combine your Content with content provided by other users, licensees of Eventreads or Eventreads owned content to generate lists or new content.
You agree that Eventreads owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work, or other derivative work created by Eventreads using or incorporating Content.
Some of the Eventreads Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that Eventreads may place such advertising and promotions on the Eventreads Services or on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.
Eventreads’ website(s) and the Eventreads Services contain content owned, created or licensed by Eventreads, including but not limited to the trade name and trade mark “Eventreads” and any logos or slogans used by Eventreads from time to time (“Eventreads Content”). Eventreads Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Eventreads owns and retains all rights in the Eventreads Content , Eventreads’ website(s) and the Eventreads Services. Eventreads hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display the Eventreads Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing Eventreads’ website(s) and using the Eventreads Services.
You acknowledge and agree that Eventreads may perform any action it may deem necessary to offer the Eventreads website(s) and the Eventreads Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Eventreads Services.
Eventreads provides its website(s) and the Eventreads Services “as is” and hereby disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, or otherwise, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, or quiet enjoyment and from viruses and other harmful devices. Eventreads does not warrant that Eventreads’ website(s) or the Eventreads Services are error-free or will operate without interruption. You use Eventreads’ website(s) or the Eventreads Services entirely at your own risk.
Under no circumstances shall we, our affiliates, or any of our respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or contractors be liable to you for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, multiplied or consequential damages including lost profits even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If your use of Eventreads’ website(s) and the Eventreads Services service results in any interruption, impairment or loss of, or your need to service, repair or correct, any software, equipment, systems or data, you agree to assume, and hold us harmless from, any costs and losses in connection therewith.
In addition to links, Eventreads’ website(s) or the Eventreads Services may, from time to time, enable you to contact or communicate with third parties such as restaurants. Eventreads is not responsible for your relationship with any such third parties. Your sole recourse in the event of any dispute with such third parties is directly with such third parties.
From time to time as we deem appropriate, we may allow access to or advertise certain third-party product or service providers (“Third Parties”) from whom you may purchase certain goods or services or make reservations. Transactions for these goods and services or the making of reservations may or may not be concluded on Eventreads’ website(s) or using the Eventreads Services. You acknowledge that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by these Third Parties which are solely are responsible for all aspects of their relationship with you including accepting reservations, order processing, fulfillment, billing, cancellations and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Third Parties and will not be held responsible for any aspect of any interactions, rights and obligations between you and the Third Parties.
From time to time, we may provide the ability to pay for products or services on Eventreads’ website(s) or using the Eventreads Services. Such payment facilities are operated or owned by third parties. Please refer to the terms and conditions imposed by such payment service providers to understand your rights and responsibilities when using such payment facilities. You agree that you will not hold Eventreads responsible for any aspect of any interactions, rights and obligations between you and any payment service providers.
By using Eventreads website(s) and/or the Eventreads Services, you agree to (i) the terms and conditions set out in this Policy including the types of your personal data that may be collected by us; (ii) the manner in which your personal data shall be collected, stored, transmitted, used or disclosed; and (iii) that the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data in the manner stated in this Policy are for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.
Types of Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with an efficient and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that are more likely to meet your personal interests and needs. Third Party Services Providers: We may disclose your personally identifiable information to third party service providers that we use to provide Eventreads’ website(s) and/or the Eventreads Services to you. We retain the right to disclose non-personally identifiable information at our discretion.

We may provide a functionality that allows you to connect with social networking websites. We work with these sites’ application protocol interface (also known as developer API) to allow you to authorize us to access your account on such sites on your behalf. In order to provide this authorization, you will need to log-in to such sites directly through the Eventreads Services. When authorized by you, such sites may recognize us when we ask, on your behalf, for access to your account information or to post information. For example, when you click “Like”, we will post the applicable information to your social network account. You can revoke our access to any such sites at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable site.
Right to Access and Correct Your Personal Data
If your personal data changes or is incorrect, or you no longer wish to use Eventreads website(s) and/or the Eventreads Services, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate your account by making the change to your account settings. You may also contact us in the aforementioned ways to request for: (a) some or all of the personal data relating to you that are in our possession or control; and (b) information about the ways the personal data has been or may have been used or disclosed by us within a year before the date of your request.
Period of Retention of Your Personal Data
We review the personal data we hold on a regular basis to determine if the data is still needed for the purposes it was collected.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow or require our service provider(s) to use generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
