Reasons Valid for Return
All items are valid for return only within 14 days of receipt.
Defective/Damaged goods must be informed to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Due to regulatory or hygiene reasons, we will not accept these items for return:
- Swimwear and Underwear
- Items shipped from overseas

Pack the items and and we will arrange for a pick up of the package
All items are to be returned in their original packaging. To prevent any item from getting misplaced during delivery, simply wrap the item in a plastic wrapping or a cardboard box.
After you fill out the return and refund form, we will get back to you and we will arrange a schedule for the pick-up of your package.
Hand over the package to our courier and we will have the package surveyed by our team.
Surveying of the package will take 7 working days. The refund process begins after we have completely evaluated your products.
- Refunds for shipping charges will only be given if the manufacturer has delivered a defective product.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Store credits will be credited in your account after our team has evaluated the package. After the package has been evaluated, we would take 5-14 working days to process the refund.
Shipping fee will be refunded depending on the reason for the return or cancellation.
